Jarel Zhang explores artistic understanding
The Chinese designer’s Spring-Summer 2024 presentation was held at the Ellia Art Gallery.
The collection disrupts the traditional classification of clothing genres by merging and reconfiguring their characteristics to create a state of mutual enhancement. Inspired by the film Love, Death & Robots the designer challenges the concept of understanding between man and machine. The show, involving 16 international painters, aims to capture different interpretations of the collection that question conventional notions of life and offer diverse creative perspectives.
